Hey everyone, hope all is well!
I destroyed my D7100 today (oops) and am looking for some opinions on selecting its replacement. Options are the D800 and the D500, I like aspects of both and can't seem to come up with a decision. I shoot with a Nikon 200-500 lens for the most part. Anyone have experience with either, pros/cons/opinions are all highly appreciated!
Cheers, happy spotting!

Hi,
Don't forget to describe what you are shooting and where. It is a FF vs Crop so there are some benefits on both sides. If you need the reach, the D500 might be the best option. Same goes for speed. Otherwise a FF sensor might bring the quality you need.
It all depends on your subject and whether or not you would like to go FF

Mark
