JPG compression

Hey,

I got some problems with my photo's.

Before upload I compress them to 1600 longest lenght.

But after uploading they got rejected because of compression visible!

What to do about it!

	Resize it in Photoshop or what you use and save it as jpeg. Don't compress it, this might "build" artefacts.

I will try to find out how to resize in lightroom! Maybe somebody can tell me?!

I get this photo because it has JPEG Compression, I edited with Ps, Nik Collection, it was taken in RAW 4000x3000 and save it en JPG at quality 12. How I can notice the error?
