Thanks for posting these Mojave photos, David. I was there 3 weeks later, so saw a lot of

Cheers Martin, I keep going back through my old photo's and re-edit them, now my editing

wl 790 was my aircraft on 204 sqdn raf ballykelly from august 1954 until i went to 240
sqdn to form a crew for grapple yankee
i saw her in 1994 when air atlantique were
refurbishing her
ithey let me get into her and she smelt just the same
she was

I didn't notice the flames 'till I read your remark. My initial comment was going to be

Really interesting. At the daylight you wouldn't probably even notice, but at night the
flames look really spectacular.

Fantastic Wallace, that was me around 8 years ago, used to go up in 'HPW' and 'HPV',
if you've never tried it I'd give it a go, and with the winch launch not the Piper
Pawnee one ;-)
