Beautiful light, that's typical Edinburgh shot. Well done Patryk.

David, you got the shiny one as well and I am sure Stuart would have got it too.

That was the day I arrived. I think Stuart arrived just after this, but I'm sure we both
got it on another day, just not sure if the light was as good.

This photo brings back happy
memories of my first flying lesson in a Cessna 172, on a
similar overcast day.
Nice plane, well behaved trainer and a great intro to
the joys of flying.

I've been waiting for you to upload this one for months Alistair. I think it's a
brilliant angle that makes the "Bear" look like one of Jim Henson's muppetts.

do you have any information on the events that will take place on the 29th Nov.

Hi John, here's from our local news.
They are also scheduled to perform a
23-minute display involving a number of spectacular manoeuvres, including the amazing
"fountain split", at the air base on Thursday(29th Nov) at 3pm.
See you
there !

They actually did a practice run on the 28th at 3pm. After that, another team took over
but I did not see clearly from where. The second team was using much slower jets. So stay
on after the Red Arrows on 29th.

Hi YJ, you were right about the practise today. I took leave just to cover this event.
Another team is from India, Suryakiran. I have plent of photos but still in my CF cards.
Will process them at a later time.
Tomorrow same time will be the actual event for
Subang. I will sure be there again !

Well done - I see you're the first of us, to get them in their new markings.

Really ? Didn't know that and this is my first time seeing or spotting Red Arrows. 8-)

It isn't the most dramatic change of all time - it simply involves the incorporation of
"Royal Air Force" within the fuselage band.

Surprised Kingfisher bought stakes in Deccan! This will surely be the largest Indian
carrier now after Jet?

Yes, Kingfisher & Deccan are sitting at the No 2 position in terms of domestic market
share. This new livery was revealed in Oct '07

You and me both .... and only in Row 1 A or K ... and for sure the only way to travel.
