Screening failed?

Today, when I viewed recent photos today, I found following images:

http://www.airplane-pictures.net/photo/184740/d5-rl-germany-luftwaffe-ww2-messerschmitt-bf-110g/

When you compare them, you can see, second image is the only retouched version of the first.

I know, nobody is perfect but let me ask a question. Why both images successfully passed screening and situation didn't violate acceptancy rules? I think, one of them should be rejected.

One of them was removed. Thanks for letting us know. We do 9K+ screening decision per month. Cases such as yours may pass by mistake.
