Hello,

my name is Erik and I'm an enthusiastic traveller and planespotter from Germany. This summer I'll visit Siberia and Kazakhstan and I'd like to know how the situation for planespotting in OVB, IKT or ALA looks like and If its possible to maybe meet some locals or if someone can give me some tips?
