I decided to upload these photos and video links after reading Richard and Gerard discussing these great aircraft. They are living a very rewarding life in Canada fighting wildfires and doing the job rather well. (Also a couple BAE 146 air tankers/802 FireBoss)

Thanks Jetz, and you know what….the C-FVFH, the one with 489 on the tail, is this Mandala Electra PK-RLF! You can check it on 'planelogger'. She is looking beautiful for a 60 year old workmaid ;-) |

Lol. Funny guy.
Air Spray Air Tankers are the worlds largest operator of the Electra with 14 in their fleet. 9 have had the full conversion into air tankers for fighting wildfires. Great planes. |

Thanks a lot Jetz! It remains an amazing story that a 35 year old picture of the Electra of Mandala in Indonesia leads to the Air Spray company in Canada where this plane is still at service as a firefighter.
When I read the story of Air Spray and you see the fires in CA the future of this company is secured! |
