This King Air is part of the program Al-Ghaït (Rain) suited exclusively for weather modification purposes, it is serving as a laboratory and together with an Alpha Jet they drop some chemicals on targeted cumulus' according to different temperatures and altitudes to stimulate the formation of water droplets. Morocco is sharing since the end of the 90s its knowledge and planes with various neighbors in Africa, like Burkina Faso, Mauritania, Senegal..Marrakech Air Show 2018
