An oblique of the remains of Dunino Airfield, near Kingsmuir. According to Secret Scotland, it was a satellite for HMS Jackdaw at Crail, then was used for Lysanders on an army co-operation role. It was used for storing aircraft until 1946 and finally de-commissioned in 1957.
It had not hard runways, only a concrete perimeter track. Two blister shaped barns have been built on the bases of the old hangars, at the center of the photo.
