BOAC Retrojet is being saved from being scrapped. British Airways today confirmed that its 747 retrojet will find a new home at Bro Tathan business park in the Vale of Glamorgan Wales UK. G-BYGC, this aircraft that wears the BOAC livery, was the first aircraft to get the British Airways retrojet treatment Seen here flying above Totterdown Hill with the RAF Red Arrows. British Airways has decided to end its 747 operations due to lack of passenger demand.
