If I am not mistaken one needs either a big plane and long lens, or an airside access - in order to get this angle at the LKPR. I like this shot - nice capture!

Upon looking at the thumbnail I thought this was \"just\" another regular Axalp shot. But this is amazing with the vortices clearly vicible and something rarely seen. Fantastic catch almost surreal. EYECATCHER for sure!

I have never seen that before. I would understand if the shock wave consisted of vapour, but this... a rare shot, well deserved eyecatcher.
